<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">一、</FONT>活动意义</P>
<P >中国的户外运动，大部分以野营、穿越为主。具有鲜明的中国特色。</P>
<P >在中国，有太多的自然资源可以利用，众多的山川、河流、沙漠、草原为我们提供了丰富的场地。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">GRAIL</FONT>（中文名格瑞）做为一个中国民族品牌，旨在为中国人设计合适中国户外运动的产品，<FONT face="Times New Roman">2007</FONT>年将赞助各种穿越活动，推动中国的户外运动更快、更好的发展起来。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">二、</FONT>活动时间：</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2007</FONT>年<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>月<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>日――<FONT face="Times New Roman">2008</FONT>年<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>月<FONT face="Times New Roman">29</FONT>日</P>
<P >每月赞助一次申请通过的活动</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">三、</FONT>申请赞助活动要求</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1、 </FONT>活动必须是徒步穿越，可以是<FONT face="Times New Roman">A</FONT>－<FONT face="Times New Roman">B</FONT>的穿越，也可以是<FONT face="Times New Roman">A</FONT>－<FONT face="Times New Roman">B</FONT>－<FONT face="Times New Roman">A</FONT>的活动。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2、 </FONT>活动中徙步时间必须在<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>天以上。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3、 </FONT>活动队员人数要求在<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>－<FONT face="Times New Roman">16</FONT>人。所有队员必须是<FONT face="Times New Roman">18</FONT>周岁以上中国公民。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4、 </FONT>活动线路要求有新意，难度和强度不限。保证安全前提下，探路活动优先。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5、 </FONT>申请方可以是公司、俱乐部及个人。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6、 </FONT>申请方在申请时，需注明完整的活动计划、时间、预定人数及难度、强度等各项内容，并附上申请方及领队的户外简历，户外照片一张。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">7、 </FONT>匡捷公司只提供赞助，并不对活动中出现的各种情况负责。涉及活动团队中的财务、人身财产安全等事务，由穿越活动的组织方负责。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">四、</FONT>活动流程</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1、 </FONT>申请方在活动计划前，至少提前一个月向杭州匡捷公司提出申请计划</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2、 </FONT>匡捷公司根据申请计划研究，在活动前<FONT face="Times New Roman">20</FONT>天做出审批</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3、 </FONT>通过审批的活动，通知申请方，并提供赞助品</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4、 </FONT>申请方按照赞助计划要求发布活动计划并实施活动</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5、 </FONT>申请方按赞助计划要求在活动结束后提供图片及文字资料给匡捷公司，并在合作媒体上发布活动内容</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6、 </FONT>合作媒体在活动期间给予相应报道</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">五、</FONT>赞助项目</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1、 A</FONT>类项目：赞助活动时所需户外类服装（赠送）＋活动集合地至活动结束时全队所需的交通费用</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2、 B</FONT>类项目：赞助活动时所需户外类服装（赠送）</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3、 </FONT>声明：赞助项目由匡捷公司根据活动项目审核确定，赠送之赞助品由匡捷公司根据活动情况不同而决定（或与申请方协商议定）。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">六、</FONT>赞助要求</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1、 A</FONT>类项目要求活动有一定影响力，路线新颖，风景漂亮。活动结束后提供游记一份（不少于<FONT face="Times New Roman">5000</FONT>字），高清晰图片<FONT face="Times New Roman">30</FONT>张（其中<FONT face="Times New Roman">15</FONT>张要出现<FONT face="Times New Roman">GRAIL</FONT>产品），<FONT face="Times New Roman">DV</FONT>记录片一份。游记和图片由作者在中国<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>家以上户外论坛中发表，<FONT face="Times New Roman">DV</FONT>记录片要在省级以上电视台播放。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2、 B</FONT>类项目要求活动有一定影响力，路线新颖，风景漂亮。活动结束后提供游记一份（不少于<FONT face="Times New Roman">3000</FONT>字），高清晰图片<FONT face="Times New Roman">20</FONT>张（其中<FONT face="Times New Roman">10</FONT>张要出现<FONT face="Times New Roman">GRAIL</FONT>产品）。游记和图片由作者在中国<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>家以上户外论坛中发表。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3、 </FONT>声明：活动后提供的游记、图片及<FONT face="Times New Roman">DV</FONT>记录片，匡捷公司拥有使用权。</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">七、</FONT>杭州匡捷贸易有限公司拥有最终解释权。</P>
